Wheatland Road, Duncanville, Texas, to hear a request of the City of Duncanville to revoke a Special Use Permit for a Dallas County Government Center (Ordinance No. 765) and retain the existing Neighborhood Office “NO” zoning district on Tract 35, Anderson Slayback Survey, Abstract No. 1299, approximately 1.964 acres, more commonly known as 100 E Wheatland Road, Duncanville.
