Governor Abbott Lifts Mask Mandate, Opens Texas 100 Percent

Governor Greg Abbott today issued an Executive Order (GA-34) lifting the mask mandate in Texas and increasing capacity of all businesses and facilities in the state to 100 percent. The Governor made the announcement at Montelongo’s Mexican Restaurant in Lubbock in an address to the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce.

The Public Information Office is tasked with communicating the city’s message to the public and the media. The department is responsible for producing the annual State of the City Address presentation, maintaining Duncanville TV and televising City Council Meetings, producing the city’s newsletter, disseminating news releases and conducting interviews with the media, and providing oversight of the city’s website.

    Duncanville City Hall and Municipal Service Center Closed, Reopening Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
