Volunteers welcome

The Library is occasionally in need of willing helpers, so if you’re looking for volunteer work, fill out our Volunteer Application Form and bring it to our Circulation Desk. Recent volunteer projects have involved reshelving books, assistance with children’s programming and catalog database maintenance.

If you are interested in volunteering to teach a class or giving a talk on a favorite hobby, then please fill out the Adult Volunteer form. The link will take you to http://www.volunteermatch.org and you will see what volunteer opportunities we have posted. (Click on the community button)

Volunteers 18 years or older will also need to pass a background check required by the city’s Human Resources department.
